A/Professor Jia (Jenny) Liu (MD, PhD, FRACP) is a medical oncologist and translational clinical trials lead at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre, St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney. She specialises in early-phase drug development, antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), and biomarker-driven, tumour-agnostic trial design.

Alongside leading first-in-human and biomarker-enriched studies, she has developed investigator-initiated trials integrating proteomics to guide ADC development and implement precision oncology across diverse populations through collaborations with ProCan, Garvan, and national and international consortia.

Her clinical work spans early-phase trials and head and neck cancer, with a strong focus on patient-centred care, fear of cancer recurrence, and survivorship in the era of molecular monitoring. She is committed to improving equitable access to precision therapies and strengthening workforce capability and wellbeing within modern oncology systems.
