GETTING HERE & AROUND

Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD) is located approximately 10 kilometers (about 6 miles) south of Darling Harbour, one of Sydney's premier waterfront locations and where ICC Sydney is located.

 
  • The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place opposite Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of TikTok Entertainment Centre, both accessed via Darling Drive.

  • Train: A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

    Sydney Light Rail: The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.

    Bus: ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

  • Water Taxi: Water Taxi is a great option for getting to and from Darling Harbour. Water Taxi’s depart from The Rocks, Circular Quay, The Opera House and Luna Park.

  • Airport Shuttle Buses: Companies like Sydney AirporterRedy2Go, and Airbus offer shared shuttle services. Shuttles can be booked online in advance or at the airport upon arrival. Tickets typically costs between AUD $15-25 per person, depending on the provider and destination. Travel time is usually around 30-45 minutes, but can vary based on traffic and the number of stops along the way.

    Private Transfers: Private shuttle services or chauffeur-driven cars can be booked for a more personalized experience. Companies like JayrideMozio, and local operators offer these services. Generally more expensive than shared shuttles, ranging from AUD $50-100 or more, depending on the level of service.

  • ICC Sydney has two car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and TikTok Entertainment Centre, comprising a total of 826 car spaces.
